These terms cover your use of ideasofaman.com. By using the site you agree to them. "Aman" is the working name of the person who owns and runs this site.

This site is for information

Everything here describes what I do and how I work. Nothing on the site is an offer, a quote or a contract, and reading it or sending a form does not create an agreement between you and us.

Working with me

Any work I do for you is governed only by a separate written agreement that both sides sign at the time. If that agreement and these terms ever differ, the agreement wins.

No promised results

Results, figures and case studies on this site describe past work for specific brands in specific conditions. They are not a promise of what will happen for you. I don't guarantee any result, including ad performance, reach, leads, sales, revenue or return on ad spend.

The content here

The text, design, brand, logo, videos, images, work samples and all material about () on this site belong to Aman or are used with permission. Don't copy, republish, adapt or sell them, and don't scrape or harvest the site with bots or other automated tools, without our written permission. Sharing a link to a page is fine.

Client work shown here

Work I made for clients appears here as portfolio examples, to show the craft. Brand names, logos and products shown belong to their owners, and showing them does not mean those brands endorse anything beyond the work itself.

Other sites and tools

The site links to and uses services run by others, such as Netlify for hosting and forms, WhatsApp for messages, and platforms such as Meta, Snapchat, TikTok and Google. They are not mine, they have their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content, availability or how they handle your information.

Limits on liability

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but it is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind. As far as the law allows, Aman is not liable for any loss or damage that comes from using the site, relying on its content, or being unable to use it, including lost profits, sales, data or business.

Changes

I may update these terms at any time. The date at the top shows the latest version, and using the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of . Any dispute about them will be heard by the competent courts in Jeddah.
