Real estate video in Kenya
I shoot and edit real estate video for property developers in Mombasa, Nairobi and along the Kenyan coast: property films, site walkthroughs, drone footage and listing reels. Since 2022 I have made the films for Enclave Real Estate, from the Sea Breeze walkthrough to Moorings Residences and Nyali Bazaar.
Off-plan launches are blocked out in 3D previs before anyone is on site, then shot to match as the build goes up.

How it works
Three steps, one person
Plan
One buyer, one feeling
We agree who the film is for and what they should feel about the plot. Off-plan sites get a 3D previs, so every shot is planned before the camera arrives.
Shoot
On the ground and in the air
Walkthroughs, details and drone footage on site, with the presenter walking the plot and talking to the buyer.
Deliver
Cut for where buyers watch
A main property film plus vertical reels with captions, ready for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and the listing page.
FAQs
Frequently asked questions
Do you shoot real estate video in Mombasa?
Yes. Most of my property work is on the Kenyan coast, for Enclave Real Estate's estates around Mombasa, from Nyali Bazaar to Sea Breeze.
Do you also film property in Nairobi?
Yes. I work in Nairobi as well as Mombasa. Nairobi shoots are planned ahead, and the edit is delivered the same way.
Can you film a development that is not built yet?
Yes. Off-plan launches are told with 3D previs before anyone is on site, then shot to match as construction moves.
Is drone footage included?
Drone footage is part of the site films I deliver, together with ground walkthroughs and detail shots.
What do I get at the end?
A main property film and vertical reels with captions, cut for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and your listing page.
Who owns the footage?
You do. Every project file is handed over at the end.
How do we start?
Message me on WhatsApp with the property and where it is. I come back with how I would film it.
